SRK10 Forged Serrated knife

A compact serrated knife designed for foods with a firm exterior and soft centre. Its toothed edge cuts cleanly through tomatoes, citrus fruit, bread and other everyday ingredients without crushing them.

Part of Veark’s fully forged collection, the SRK10 is drop forged from a single piece of German stainless steel by experienced craftspeople in Solingen. Its form draws inspiration from traditional metalworking tools, balancing an industrial character with practical everyday function.

The forging process leaves an individual pattern across the handle, giving each knife a unique finish and a visible trace of its making. A fully symmetrical design makes it equally comfortable for left- and right-handed use.

The blade is sharpened by hand to a combined angle just below 30°. When using an adjustable sharpening tool, an angle of 28°, or 14° per side, is recommended.
